Cornwall Home & Lifestyle Show set to be the best yet

If you love your home, don’t miss this spectacular event

A whole host of new features are set to make this year’s Cornwall Home & Lifestyle Show more attractive than ever.

The 2015 show which is sponsored by Cornish Traditional Cottages and Cornwall Woodburners will include the all-new Bite of Cornwall food and drink mini-fest, a Homeware Market, a Feel Good Health & Wellbeing Zone and an expanded outdoor Gardens Arena.

The organisers are certain the event, at the Royal Cornwall Showground on the weekend of May 2 and 3, will attract a record number of exhibitors. It is hoped there will be an impressive 155 trade stands which the organisers hope will draw in more than 4,500 visitors over the two days.

New for 2015 will be the Homeware Market, featuring kitchenware, blankets and bedding, soft furnishing, art and other home accessories.

Show managing director Andrew Weaver said: “Visitors may come along to investigate having a new kitchen or solar panels fitted – something they can’t take with them on the day. But everybody likes to take something home, especially when there are so many lovely things on show, so the Homeware Market is an obvious extension for us.”

The thinking was the same behind the Bite of Cornwall food & drink mini-fest, which will give visitors the chance to sample and buy some of the best in local produce.

The Feel Good Health & Wellbeing Zone will feature skincare, health and beauty products, therapies, spas, fitness classes, gyms, pampering and relaxation – of equal interest to homeowners and to the owners of B&Bs and boutique hotels.

The Gardens Arena is also growing. There will be 12 large and 11 medium-sized spaces outside this year. The arena will not only offer visitors inspiration for their gardens, but also the opportunity to take away plants and shrubs on the day.

All these sections will be alongside the heart of the show, which will feature everything from interiors, architecture and renewable energy suppliers, furniture, to letting agents, top car brands and lifestyle products and services.
